Our prices cover all immigration fees, management, administration, archiving and e-mailing of electronic e-Visa applications,
We offer all our customers customer service, via chat and e-mail, every day from 08:00 to 22:00, to provide assistance in all aspects of obtaining a Visa.
Our website is not the official site of the immigration services, but a site for assistance with administrative procedures at embassies.
Internet users always have the option of ordering their e-Visa directly from the official immigration websites, or of independently taking all the necessary steps at the embassies to obtain a Long-Term Visa at the rates and conditions in force on the government websites. In this case, Internet users renounce all our help and assistance services.
In the event of loss of their e-Visa, customers may request a copy, which will be sent to them immediately by e-mail.
All use of the website and all Visa orders or embassy appointment procedures imply full knowledge of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and commit Internet users and customers to accepting and respecting their terms and conditions.
Sales prices for e-Visa and all embassy procedures for long-stay visas may be modified at any time in line with changes in government tariffs. Orders will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time the order is validated.
On our website, sales prices are shown inclusive of all taxes.
Payment for services is made online, using a valid credit card, on the website at the time of ordering at the end of the form.
The transaction is debited at the time of payment, which validates the order.
The services ordered will not be delivered, in the event of opposition to the payment, by the bank card.
The customer acknowledges that the provision of credit card details constitutes authorization of payment to our company for the full amount of the order.
For all online purchases, an Internet user has the legal right to cancel his or her order within a period of time from receipt of the order, without having to justify his or her reasons.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to immaterial subscription services which are fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun, after prior express agreement by the Internet user and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the user expressly agrees to receive the ordered Visa, the mandatory form or the embassy appointment before the end of the withdrawal period, he definitively waives his right of withdrawal, accepts that his application will be processed without delay and agrees to receive his e-Visa as soon as possible.
In the case of Visa services, orders are processed as soon as they are received, in order to speed up receipt of the final Visa or embassy appointment as much as possible.
It is therefore impossible to refund a request for Visa services once it has been received and processed by our production department.
Visa application or embassy appointment fees are non-refundable.
If a duplicate Visa already exists, in the case of a previous application on another platform, it will not be possible to make a refund.
Only unprocessed Visa applications, incomplete files, requests for reimbursement before processing or ineligible customers detected by our customer service department will be reimbursed, with the exception of our processing and handling fees indicated on our website.
In the event of refusal to issue a visa or an embassy appointment by the government authorities of the destination country, for whatever reason, no refund will be granted.
By purchasing Visa services on our website, the Internet user must accept all the terms of our general sales conditions before validating payment.
Express acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale prior to payment, and approval of all the information entered on the forms on our site, constitute a waiver of the right to a refund and retraction once the payment phase has been validated.
If a significant error is made in your initial request, we will resubmit the request on your behalf at no additional cost, but no refund will be made.
By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the Internet user confirms that he/she has read and understood all the terms and conditions, and declares on his/her honor that all the information is sincere and true.
The Internet user declares that all the information provided when ordering a visa or at the embassy is accurate and complies with the law of his/her country.
Please note that any false declaration may lead to a ban on entry into a foreign country, and to the applicant being refused entry at the border.
The contract is concluded when the Internet user validates, confirms and pays for his/her order on the website, in accordance with the legal provisions governing the conclusion of online contracts.
At the time of online payment, details of all order information are shown on the payment validation screen.
The Internet user may, at any time, correct the order before making payment.
Contracts are archived for a period of 5 years, and any customer may access his or her contract. All he or she has to do is request it by e-mail from customer service, at the e-mail address given on the contact page of our site, or from his or her invoice.
The Visa services offered are intended to assist Internet users in all their travel preparation procedures. We cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance by the customer with the legislation of the country for which the Visa is issued.
We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of the Internet network, external intrusion, service interruption or the presence of computer viruses.
By express agreement between the parties, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute concerning an order, the parties will first seek an amicable agreement or a mediation or conciliation procedure.
